Our History
Our event catering business has been running for over 30 years. Simon’s father started this part of the business from a base in St Helens many years ago and Simon took this over 20 years ago. The current team based at The Paddock is led by Simon who has worked in a range of 5 star establishments gaining many accolades including 3 AA rosettes whilst at The French in The Midland Hotel, Manchester. He has worked all over the world and gained experience and knowledge to produce many types of food.
Personal Services
We pride ourselves on giving you our personal service to suit all your individual requirements. We cater for lots of different events including large marquee events, house parties, special celebrations, sportsman’s dinners, funerals, weddings and contract catering.
