The private area near the bar can be hired and curtains closed for parties of 30-60 guests with a room hire fee of £150. The final numbers and balance needs to be paid the Monday of the same week of the function.

For parties less than 30 then you simply book a table and this is not in a private area. If a private area is required then a room hire fee of £200 is required and guests will order a picnic or meal from the main menu. Depending on numbers a pre-order of food may be needed.(bookings over 10 people).

Wedding /Evening Functions

The minimum number of guests is 60. The menu for the buffets can be found on www.thepaddockrestaurant.co.uk under the Events catering menu. Please choose a buffet option from the events catering menus.

Drinks

Our bar service offers a varied and affordable selection of quality beers, wines and spirits, but if there’s something, in particular, you would like us to stock for your event, where possible, we would be happy to oblige. Please note that if any guests are found with their own drink that they brought onto the premises and not purchased at the bar in The Paddock, they will be asked to leave.

Venue Dressing

You are welcome to dress the room as you wish but please make sure the room is left how you found it when you leave. We do not allow table confetti (when wet it damages our tables) or candles to be lit. If your venue dressing requires the restaurant to close earlier or there are significant alterations to the room and you require assistance from the staff, there could be an additional charge to your booking.

Entertainment

Please feel free to bring your own entertainment if you are looking for someone to add that sparkle to your event.
